Anthony's mission as a teacher is utilizing his skills as an artist to show others the mental and physical health benefits of dance and other expressive art forms. Anthony wishes to use this podcast as a resource center to share information for artist and aspiring artists who need inspiration, and mental/physical health tips. In this episode, I talk about success and the pressure it puts on us on a mental and emotional level. I feel like as artists we put a lot of pressure on ourselves.
I also wanted to dive into the different types of success; like success in careers, relationships, and as an artist.
