Anthony's mission as a teacher is utilizing his skills as an artist to show others the mental and physical health benefits of dance and other expressive art forms. Anthony wishes to use this podcast as a resource center to share information for artist and aspiring artists who need inspiration, and mental/physical health tips. Focused on serving others by bringing people together to inspire each other. Spreading light and spreading love.

In this episode I give insight and inspiration on my thoughts on overcoming the fear of judgement and diving into your gifts as an artist.

I might like that version more, honestly! HAHAHA

I also announce my new project, Community Love Leadership Journey which is a program that will focus on hands-on training on learning how to choreograph, stacking confidence, collaboration + interdependence, team building, and empathy. I am choosing between 4-6 people to be a part of this program and it will include a free professionally filmed video that I will help guide the students create from top to bottom.
